Tom Hardeman

Tom Hardeman is a small business owner with multiple interests. He served as an executive with FedEx for 17 years before purchasing his first McDonalds restaurant. Currently he is a multi-unit owner of McDondald’s restaurants in the DFW area. He is also a partner in a modern, high-end, Mexican Restaurant brand called La Netta, with locations in Dallas and Las Vegas, as well as a partner in a winery which has produced exclusive wines in Texas using Wellspring grapes from Napa Valley.
Tom has served McDonalds in a number of leadership positions locally and nationally. Roles included the National Owners Economic Officer and the National Economic Team Lead. He spent 7 years on OPNAD, the McDonald’s National Advertising Association, serving in various leadership positions. He also served on the System Economic Team and the National Public Relations Council. In the McDonald’s North Texas Advertising CoOp he served terms as President, Secretary and Treasurer and chaired the By-Law Committee.
Outside McDonald’s he has served on a number of company and non-profit boards. These include the Executive Committee and Investment Committee of Operators Reinsurance Corporation, Treasurer of Owner Operator Services Inc, a trustee for “The Policy Holders Trust”, and President of Wellspring Inc. Non-profit board service include Global Intervention, SonScape Ministries, Hillcrest Church Mission Council and Trustee, World Gospel Outreach and MercyGift.
Tom has a significant passion for missions and has traveled to over 50 countries on mission trips. He is married to KayLane and together they have 6 children and 10 grandchildren.
